2024 is behind us, and we've had a few days to settle into 2025—now it's time to make things happen! At Elite Scheduling Services, business in the financial industry typically picks up around the 3rd week of January. I imagine this is due to National Sales Meetings, the post-holiday reset, and getting everything organized for the New Year.
That’s why this is the perfect time to hire help! If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to me at dbranson@eliteschedulingservices.com.
Now that we're both back to work, let’s dive in and make 2025 your best year yet!
How Are We Going to Make 2025 the Best Year Yet?
It starts with taking a close look at your business and deciding where to focus your energy. Some experts recommend setting attainable goals, while others suggest dreaming so big it scares you—I say, why not do both?
Set achievable daily and weekly goals, and by the end of the year, you’ll have conquered your ultimate goal, one manageable step at a time. Breaking down big goals prevents overwhelm and helps sustain momentum.
Let’s break it down with an example: if I aim to bring on 100 new clients this year, that number might feel daunting. But when I divide it into 8.3 clients per month or 2 per week, it suddenly seems doable.
Once your goals are clear, create an actionable plan to achieve them. For me, gaining two clients per week might mean sending 20 prospecting emails daily and making five phone calls. With a clear roadmap, excitement builds as the plan takes shape.
Make sure to schedule time for each step. For example, where will you find your prospects? Build a plan for that and stick to it.
By focusing on your plan, you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish. Stay motivated by writing down your goals and keeping them visible. Visual reminders of what you’re working toward—like a dream house, a luxury vacation, or even a secure retirement fund—can boost your drive.
Incorporate motivators like music, exercise, or meditation into your routine to stay energized. Keep a journal to track your progress and make the journey fun.
Need a little extra support? Hire a scheduling assistant now! They can handle the behind-the-scenes work, giving you more time to hit your sales targets and achieve your goals for 2025. If you’re ready to get started, contact me at dbranson@eliteschedulingservices.com.
Now that your plan is in place, it’s time to move mountains. Enjoy the adventure—who knows what surprises await!
